HOW

We sawcut, break, remove and haul away the existing concrete. Make sure to get a good compaction on subgrade. If specified, we will install base rock for a good solid foundation prior to pouring new concrete. From there we set wood forms with stakes and reinforcements (rebar, wire mesh) to hold together new concrete. Lastly, we use finishing tools to smooth concrete surface and score joints to help prevent cracking.

WHEN

Concrete is always a great long-term solution. It can be used to replace asphalt and provide a sustatinable surface for walking/vehicle traffic as well as storage.

LIFESPAN

20 - 50+ Years

Note: Depending on existing conditions. Concrete does crack. Hairline cracking may occur at times.
