Grind & Overlay

HOW

A grind and overlay is when we grind/cold mill the entire given surface area a minimum 1" up to 3" depth. From there, we will inlay the given thickness with new hot mix asphalt and compact with heavy rollers.

WHEN

This is a common application for surface errosion and/or minimal cracking in order to provide a stable surface and clean profile.

10 - 15+ Years
