Ben Jennette

Ben joined Concept Paving in May of 2021. He started as a Sales Representative focused on building new business relationships and assisting with our marketing outreach. His accelerated growth in sales and marketing have continued to expand every year.

In 2024, Ben was promoted to Director of Sales. He leads the team in all areas of customer acquisition, business development, sales training while actively managing his own accounts. He also produces much of the company social media content.

Ben is married to his wife Ashley and they have a young son, Theo. They reside in Ladera Ranch. In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, surfing and is an avid golfer.
