Raul Gonzalez

Raul began his career with Concept Paving in April of 2020. He jumped right into specialty construction projects throughout the state of California during that year and has since become our lead superintendent on projects involving both asphalt and concrete. His background has allowed him to work in many aspects of construction around the country; including but not limited to communications and TI work for national corporate brands.

Raul manages the field operations including crew, subcontractors, material deliveries with the assistance of our leadership team.

He currently resides in Oceanside, CA with his wife and kids. He enjoys cruising the coast, cigars and longboard surfing on the weekends, while spending some time traveling to visit family in Mexico in the summer.

Fun fact: his son, Raul Jr., started with Concept Paving in 2023 as Shop Technician.
